Yume-no-Taira Dispersed Settlement Observation Deck

Look down and you can see a panoramic view of the Tonami Plain with a widely scattered settlement. People and nature created an amazing landscape.
The observation deck is uniquely shaped, made to look like a tulip. It is the perfect way to enjoy a view of the settlement in the Tonami Plain.
There is a ski resort named "Yume-no-Taira" close to the observation deck. It is a very popular place amongst tourists to see the cosmos flowers in Autumn.
