NOTO
Rokkosaki Lighthouse
The lighthouse is perched on the cliffs where the outer coast and inner coast meet, at the very tip of the Noto Peninsula. From this one location, you are able to see both the rising morning sun and the setting evening sun. The chalky white walls of the Rokkosaki Lighthouse were designed by a British person during the Meiji Period. The lighthouse became a verified "Lighthouse of Love" in 2017.
