A well-known riverside spring pool where the spring waters of Gero Onsen bubble from their source. Although been popular with locals since ancient times, it was renovated in 1991, taking on its current form. A spacious, open location overlooking the Hida River and the hot spring resort town. The liberating sensation of enjoying the famous spring while listening to the murmur of the Hida River is irresistible. Bathing suit required.
