Strolling through the Cosmos Flowers at Tonami Yumenotaira

“During this event, visitors can enjoy the blooming cosmos swaying in the autumn breezes together with the view of the Tonami plains, a sight that reminds many local Japanese of their childhoods. A million multicolored cosmos blooming against blue skies over the ski slopes look almost like a painting. Visitors can also take in the sight of the cosmos from the ski lift, from which the flowers appear to spread like a carpet below.
You won’t grow tired of photographing these cosmos, as they appear differently from each different perspective. Be sure to make your visit with your camera.”
